I had such a fantastic stay at this self-catering accommodation! The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed during my visit. The location was perfect, with stunning walks and cycling routes right on the doorstep. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in a rustic style. I loved the little touches like fluffy dressing gowns and toiletries provided. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking, and there were even some basic supplies like milk and tea bags available. The surrounding area was picturesque, with a river and an old bridge adding to the charm. I highly recommend this place as a cozy and convenient getaway.
Although the kitchen was well-equipped for basic cooking, it could use some additional provisions for more extensive meal preparations. Additionally, the ventilation system wasn't very effective in dealing with dampness, which resulted in wet bathroom floors and walls.

Freshly redecorated, very clean. Rustic-style furnished room, comfortable bed, snow-white linen. Patchy wi-fi, no TV. Stunning area with river, old bridge, lovely walks.

We had a great time exploring the beautiful surroundings and taking advantage of the walking and cycling trails right outside our door. The location was perfect for outdoor activities and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and drying room for those muddy days. The host went above and beyond by leaving thoughtful extras like milk, tea bags, and toiletries, making our stay extra comfortable. The bed was also very cozy and provided a good night's sleep.
Although the accommodation was generally clean, there was a faint musty smell that could be bothersome for some guests. The kitchen, while modern and clean, lacked some necessary equipment for those who love to cook.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider selection of breakfast options.

Great location for outdoor activities. The property is close to walking trails and outdoor attractions. The hosts provided little extras like milk, tea, and coffee, as well as toiletries, which were greatly appreciated.
Some aspects of the property were less than satisfactory. The shower was too small and uncomfortable for taller guests.

The location was perfect for outdoor activities and walking, with a forest just a minute away from the property. It was great to have all the necessary facilities provided, such as salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee. The hosts went above and beyond by leaving bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The hot water supply was ample, and the accommodation was clean, cozy, and private.
The property could use some improvements in terms of signage, as it was difficult to identify where we were staying. The bed was a bit small for taller people, and it was uncomfortable for my partner.
